Here is this week's children's Mindfulness Session which is on HUGS.
At this tricky time, when children are missing their family and friends because of social distancing, this gentle session will help them to explore their emotions about this. The children will be guided to notice any feelings they have which may be 'hiding' in their bodies. The session will conclude by guiding the children on how to send a loved one a MIND hug.
