Here is today's Mindfulness Session for children. This week's theme is using your IMAGINATION.
At the moment children may be missing trips to the park or days out to exciting places, we are all missing these things and it's ok to miss this part of life. This gentle session will help children to explore their emotions about not being able to visit exciting places. They will be guided to notice any feelings they have which may be 'hiding' in their bodies. The session will conclude by guiding the children to use their IMAGINATION to visit a wonderful place of their choice.
