As we start another Lockdown we are all thinking many thoughts and feeling many emotions. Now, more than ever, it is crucial that we look after our wellbeing. That is why at My Mindfulness Teacher we are putting together daily breathing exercises for everybody to join in with over the next 4 weeks.
There is growing evidence to support the fact that breathing exercises can improve your health. According to the Mayo Clinic, some breathing exercises can actually calm and regulate the automatic nervous system (ANS).
Breathing exercises can provide an almost immediate sense of calm and a relaxed feeling in the mind and body.
