Hello lovely people, welcome to our Online Mindfulness Session.
Today's mini online session, designed by My Mindfulness Teacher is called Nature.
We will begin by continuing to reflect on the aspects of your health and wellbeing that are going well and on the aspects you would like to nurture in the coming week.
This will be followed by a breathing exercise, designed to energise you and increase lung capacity.
We will finish with a mindfulness activity focusing on being in nature.
Hopefully you will be able to fit today's Mindfulness Session in around work and home life, at a time that suits you. Then enjoy taking a few moments out of your day to relax and experience a feeling of peace as you consciously spend time looking after your wellbeing.
Take time to look after your MIND:
M. Make time to stop
I. Inhale and exhale
N. Notice your thoughts without judgement
D. Direct your thoughts towards something positive
So find a quiet space, a place where you won't be disturbed and enjoy today's Mindfulness Session.
