What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is an approach used to be able to focus your attention on living in the present moment,
without being concerned about your past or worrying about the future.
This way of life can help anyone deal with anxiety, fear and stress more easily.
Through Mindfulness you learn how to acknowledge your thoughts and emotions
without judging them and without judging yourself. Enabling you to touch the wonders of life,
being able to experience more moments of happiness and joy.
Sounds idyllic doesn’t it?
It really can happen. If you dedicate the time to look after your mind,
in the same way that you look after your body…
by thinking about what you put into it and by carrying out exercises to strengthen it…
you can feel truly content with life.
