How can I help you?
This is the first step you will take towards exploring mindfulness... during this session you will find out about the unique coaching Triskele offers.
You will have the opportunity to carry out a short mindset activity and together we will begin to build a picture of what you want your life to look like, what you love about your life and what you would like to change.
This 30 minute session is FREE and can take place either over the telephone or on a video call.

BEGIN MINDFUL LIVING
What is mindful living?
Mindful living is the ability to focus on living in the present moment, without worrying about the past or being concerned about the future... this is often easier said than done with the pressures of daily life. However, the Begin Mindful Living session will introduce you to how you can achieve this.
During this initial meeting we will explore the key areas of your mind, body and spirit - and how we can achieve harmony between them.
We will work through a number of key questions, which will help us to see how balanced your mind, body and spirit are. We will then discuss which aspect of your mind, body and spirit are your strengths and which areas need to be nurtured. These findings will form the basis of setting your bespoke life goals in future coaching sessions.
We will agree the take away tasks for you to practise at your convenience.
This in-depth session, will begin your mindful living coaching programme and set the agenda for all future coaching sessions. The session will last for 90 minutes and can take place either face-to-face or over a video call.

MINDFULNESS COACHING
How can you keep your mind, body and spirit in harmony?
Following on from your Begin Mindful Living session we will meet to discuss setting your life goals and reflect on your take away tasks.
We will continue to explore the key areas of your mind, body and spirit until we feel that they are in harmony.

Each session I will lead you in a mindfulness technique such as guided meditation, visualisations, breathing exercises or giving gratitude. Each activity will contribute to the collection of skills and techniques that you will acquire throughout our coaching sessions, equipping you with the strategies to live in a mindful way, with mind, body and spirit in harmony, regardless of the challenges you encounter.

Your take away tasks will be reviewed and revised as necessary in order to support you in achieving your life goals.

This 60 minute session can take place either face-to-face or over a video call.
