What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is an approach used to be able to focus your attention on living in the present moment,
without being concerned about your past or worrying about the future.
This way of life can help anyone deal with anxiety, fear and stress more easily.
Through Mindfulness you learn how to acknowledge your thoughts and emotions
without judging them and without judging yourself. Enabling you to touch the wonders of life,
being able to experience more moments of happiness and joy.
Sounds idyllic doesn’t it?
But, it really can happen. If you dedicate the time to look after your mind,
in the same way that you look after your body…
by thinking about what you put into it and by carrying out exercises to strengthen it…
you can feel truly content with life.

Which is why we are thrilled to host MINDFULNESS MONDAYS.
Each Monday we share a Mini Mindfulness Session and Guided Meditation on our website. By learning a few simple mindfulness techniques and by having a go at some mindset activities, you will have the tools to call on when you feel the need to become more centred and focus on being in the present moment – or if you simply just want to feel a bit better than you do. We also offer one-to-one Mindfulness Sessions, with our Mindfulness Coach.
